Student Fees and Requirements For 2011

1. Tuition Fees

A. Boarding Section
S. 1 – S. 3 Ugx.415,000 per term 3 terms a year
S.4 - S.6 Ugx. 445,000 per term
B. Day Section
S. 1 – S. 3 Ugx.250,000 per term 3 terms a year
S.4 - S.6 Ugx.280,000 per term
C. Admission Fee
- Ugx.20,000 (one-off payment) New Students
D. Development Fee
- Ugx.52,500 (one-off payment) New Students
E. Identity/Passbook fee
- Ugx. 7,000 (one-off payment)
F. Rules and Regulation Handbook
- Ugx. 5,000 (one-off payment

NB:
All fees payments to the College must be deposited on our DFCU Account No. 01L2530612000.
Pay Slips are available at the College. A bank draft in names of Luyanzi College, Bweyogerere Campus is acceptable.

2. Requirements

  • School uniform is available for purchase at the college:
  • For Boys at a fee of 120,000 (one hundred and fifteen thousand shillings) including two sets: 2 shirts, 2 pairs of trousers, one sweater and one necktie
  • For Girls at a fee of 135,000 (one hundred and thirty thousand shillings) including two sets: 2 blouses, 2 skirts, and one sweater
  • Students should report with a true Parent of Guardian and a receipt or total fees for the term.
  • Students should bring a pass/results slip, a recommendation from the former school and two passport photographs.
  • Black shoes
  • For girls – a night dress/pyjamas
  • For boys – black trousers and at least one college blue T-shirt. For Girls – at least two sets of college casual dress i.e orange for O’level and sky blue for A’level
  • A mattress, one blanket, two pairs of bedsheets, plastic basin/bucket, soap, slippers, enough washing and laundry soap, sportswear, flat iron clipboard, pens, exercise books, art materials (art and design students) hangers, toilet rolls, 2 brooms for the floor and the other for compound, two mopping rags, a scrubbing brush, a peeling knife, one ream of rotatrim paper for S. 1, 2, 3 & 5. A ream of ruled picfare paper for S. 4 & 6, a file folder for personal data filing.
  • Other items for personal use include; a torch, mosquito net, a jerican 20 Ltrs, and two pairs of working hand gloves.

NB:
Please note: Radios, mobile phones and other electrical items are not permitted in the college except those indicated above, if found they will be confiscated.
