Future Project Location and Site

The other future project will be located on Luyanzi Hill at Lugazi off Jinja Main Highway in Mukono District, Uganda. It will be an integrated institutions of learning that Luyanzi Academic Foundation Limited intends to establish as a one-stop centre for education and health sectors. This hill is a Private Mailo Land tenure measuring approximately 357 acres on Block 179, comprised of Plots; 52, 54, 67 and 75 Luyanzi, Kyagwe, Mukono District owned by the promoters. The Luyanzi development project is intended to create “a Village of Education and Health Excellence” on the Hill.

The project site - Luyanzi Hill - is a serene low lying flat top hill overlooking Jinja Main Highway and Lugazi Town with a spectacular wide range panoramic view of the; main highway, town, railway line, hills, forests and sugar plantations - a very inspirational view!. Thus, while the project will take the advantage of being located near Lugazi town which is on the main high way connecting the entire East African region, LAFL believes that the seeming isolation of the site due to altitude not only gives it an inspirational view for academic excellence but also removes the project away from the distractive influences of everyday human activity. Therefore, providing an ideal environment of Education, which is a unique distinctive competitive advantage.
